How a bulk issuance works
- Upload by spreadsheet or by API: you upload an Excel file with the recipients, or connect your LMS and the list arrives on its own when the course ends.
- Checks before sending: duplicate records, empty fields and malformed addresses are caught at upload time, not after the credential has already gone out.
- One design for the whole batch: logo, colors and signatures apply identically to all of them, certificates and microcredentials alike, with no retouching one by one.
- Delivery and wallet: each recipient gets the credential by email and finds it in the Wallet App.
- A record of every issuance: date, recipient and credential identifier are all logged, which is what you need when an accreditor asks for the trail.
- Learning path assignment in the same upload: each credential in the batch can be attached to a path and to the step it belongs to, so a cohort moving through a program is loaded in one go instead of being issued step by step.
- Chasing acceptances is not your job: POK schedules the acceptance reminders for every credential in the batch on its own, unless the issuance is marked as skipping acceptance. Nobody has to go after the people who have not opened the email yet.

- Graduation ceremonies: the batch is prepared before the event and delivered the same day, not weeks later.
- Online courses: with the LMS connected, the credential or microcredential is issued when the student completes the course, with nobody assembling a list.
- Corporate training: each training milestone closes with its credential, uploaded by spreadsheet or triggered from the API.
- Events and conferences: you upload the attendee list and the credentials reach inboxes before the closing session.
- Staged programs: if the cohort is moving through a learning path, the upload assigns each person the step they are on, with no one-by-one issuing.
- After issuing: the whole batch can be verified from outside, and shows up in the public search if the holder marked it public.

What makes bulk issuance hard is not the volume, it is the error: one mistyped address, one duplicated name, one batch that has to be redone from scratch.
