Certificate template designer: design once, issue thousands
POK - Proof of Knowledge's template designer is a visual editor where you build the certificate once: background, logo, typefaces, text and signatures, plus the fields that change on every credential. At issuing time, POK fills in each recipient's name, the title and the date, and generates every person's credential from that template.
The usual alternative is a design in Word, Canva or Illustrator that someone exports to PDF and then fills in by hand, or worse, one file per graduate. That setup breaks the moment a program name or a signing authority changes, and nobody can reconstruct afterwards which version went out with which cohort.
Here the template is part of the product, not a loose file: you preview it before issuing, duplicate it for another program or another account of the institution, and what comes out is not a PDF but a verifiable digital credential, with its public page and its metadata.

What you can build in the editor
- Background: upload your own design as PNG or pick one from the gallery.
- Text and typefaces: size, color, letter spacing and automatic scaling, so a long name does not overflow its line. You can use your institution's own typeface: it is loaded into your account and shows up in the editor's font list.
- Logo and images: the institution's crest and any seals or accreditations that go with it.
- Attributes that change per person: recipient name, title issued, valid-from date and any custom attributes you define.
- General and personal information: fields that are identical for the whole cohort, and fields you fill in per recipient at issuing time.
- Dynamic image: a reserved slot for an image that differs on every credential, sent at issuing time through the API. Useful for a photo, a map or a results chart.
- Signatures: signature slots assigned to people on your team, who sign digitally before the credential goes out.
- QR code: shown by default, and can be hidden if your account has that premium feature enabled.
- Page format: paper size, including letter, legal and special formats, in landscape or portrait.

Frequently asked questions
On the NFT Ownership plan, no. POK works as a 100% white-label platform: credentials live on your own domain (for example, credentials.yourinstitution.edu), emails are sent from your own SMTP server, and credential pages carry your logo, colors and banners.
