Yes. The Web Based Free plan includes unlimited issuance under Open Badges 3.0, with no user caps, no expiration and no setup costs. Bulk issuance via Excel or API, learning paths and Google Wallet / Apple Wallet export are all included.

Blockchain Verify Basic includes everything in the free plan plus blockchain registration, with a $3,000 annual license that covers up to 50,000 credentials per year. Blockchain Verify Premium adds every NFT premium feature except employability (custom domain, branding, your own email provider and analytics, among others) and costs $0.30 per credential, with no minimum.

Every credential is issued as an NFT owned by the recipient, plus the premium features: white-label custom domain, holder branding, custom email provider with your own templates and delivery reports, custom LinkedIn message, employability index, analytics for credentials, pages and learning paths, lead capture pages and Google Ads retargeting, among others. Prepaid packs go from $0.80 to $1.50 per credential depending on volume.

No. POK does not charge variable gas fees.

You can stop whenever you want and the credentials you've issued stay live.

They stay valid. Credentials on the free plan keep working with no time limit, and any credential registered on blockchain, hash verification or full NFT, remains verifiable forever, independently of POK. You don't lose access to credentials you've already issued; you only stop issuing new paid ones.

No. Prepaid credential packs do not expire, and issued credentials have no expiration date. Blockchain-registered credentials stay verifiable permanently. You decide whether a credential should have a validity period; POK never deactivates them for billing reasons.
